The wrong use of mask may be dangerous!

Proper use of WaSH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) can play very important role in the on-going fight against Korona virus.
We need to ensure supply of pure natural oxygen and sufficient vitamin enrich food.
Of course, there is no alternative of pure drinking water. Natural sun bath on regular basis will give more strength to needy, indeed. Walking in natural environment will surely ensure added benefit to health. We need to avoid getting cold, anyway.
In brief, we have to strengthen the capability of our body in fighting disease.
We need to remember that personal hygiene really matters to take care of.
I have full trust on scientists who will be able to defeat Korona virus completely at soonest.

নিয়মিত মাস্ক ব্যবহার করতে করতে মুখের স্বাস্থ্য ঝুঁকিতে পড়তে পারে বলে সতর্ক করেছেন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের ডেন্টিস্টরা।
বিশেষজ্ঞারা জানিয়েছেন, মাস্কের ব্যবহার বাড়তে থাকার দিনগুলোতে অনেক মানুষের মাড়িতে প্রদাহ হওয়ার পাশাপাশি নিশ্বাসে দুর্গন্ধ হচ্ছে।
ওয়ান ম্যানহাটন ডেন্টালের সহপ্রতিষ্ঠাতা ডা. রব রামন্ডিকে উদ্ধৃত করে দ্য সান জানিয়েছে, গত কয়েক মাসে তার কাছে আসা ৫০ শতাংশ রোগীই মাস্কের কারণে সমস্যায় পড়েছেন।
‘মাড়িতে আমরা প্রদাহ দেখতে পাচ্ছি। অনেকের দাঁতে আবার গর্ত হচ্ছে, যা আগে তাদের কোনোদিন ছিল না।’
মার্ক স্ক্লাফান নামের আরেক চিকিৎসক বলেছেন, ‘মাস্ক ব্যবহারে নাকের চেয়ে মুখ দিয়ে বেশি শ্বাস নেয়ার কারণে এই সমস্যা হচ্ছে।’
‘এর ফলে মুখ শুকিয়ে যেতে পারে, তখন কমে যাবে লালা। এই লালা ব্যাকটেরিয়ার বিরুদ্ধে লড়াই করে আপনার দাঁত পরিষ্কার রাখে।’
‘মুখে মাস্ক থাকার কারণে মানুষ এই সময়ে কম পানি পান করছে। এর ফলে পানিশূন্যতা দেখা দিতে পারে।’
এসব সমস্যার কথা ভেবে বিশেষজ্ঞরা আবার মাস্ক বাদ দিতে বলছেন না। তাদের পরামর্শ, ফাঁকা স্থানে একা-একা থাকলে সাবধানে মাস্ক খুলে বুক ভরে নিশ্বাস হতে হবে। পান করতে হবে পর্যাপ্ত পানি।

But This Is True That Noble Prize Committees Showed Their True And Their Highest Level Of Professionalism Despite Natural And Habitual Criticism And Purposeful Mistakes And Exception(s)!
Sometimes The Thought That Heartened Me Is There Is (Are) No One In The World Who Can Propose Or Nominate The Names Of The Jury Of Noble Committee For This Prize As They Have Shown The Super Excellency For Century In Judging Super Talent All Over The Globe Neutrally Despite Criticism And Unnatural Influence From Those Persons Wanted Those Prizes!
This Is Better To Say That There Are So Many Prizes In The World And Their Own Outlook/Aspects! The Purpose, In Fact, In Deed, Is Recognizing The Sacrifice Of Persons/ Organizations, Talent And Encouraging People To Do Meaningful And Positive Work For Humanity!
Sometimes There Is A Thought Coming To Mind That There Is A Need Of Establishing Effective Greater (Not Alternative) ‘Noble Prize’!
The Name Could Be ‘Royal Prize‘! The Name Could Be ‘So-Hell‘ Prize!
The Word, Greater, I Mean, In Terms Of Price Of The Each Prize Value (USD 2+, 3+, 4+ Or 5+ Millions), In Terms Of The Total Number Of Prizes (Say, 100+ Prizes In 100+ Categories);
