This is very unusual not only in this part of the world, but also in the developed countries to have a news of passing higher secondary certificate exam by a mother and her son altogether. And this is happened in Bangladesh, more specifically in Kaliganj upazila of Jhenaidah, a south western district of Bangladesh. The mum, Nasrin Sultana and her son, Sohel rana appeared and passed in HSC examination in the year of 2012 From Mahtab uddin degree college of Kaliganj upazila of Jhenaidah in BM branch under technical education board.

The following story is common that is happening over the years in Bangladesh and in the life of Nasrin sultana as well. She was a girl of just 10th standard when she was forced to marry with Jamir hossain to save her from eve teaser in 1992. She got two sons in the next two years after marriage. But still she had the desire to study that leaded her to admit in SSC course under Open University in 2008 and passed in the year of 2010. In the meantime, her elder son, sohel passed from technical board. Later both the mum and the son admitted in the BM branch of Mahtabuddin Degree College under technical board. And passed with a grade of 4.31 where her son sohel rana got a grade of 4.54. Her husband and son are fully cooperative regarding her study and enough to give her chance to study further even to the Honor’s level. Thus a dream blooming day after day finds its destiny with style.
